CAWOS members can create an account to input survey data and view results. To activate the account you will need to click on the link in the system generated email that wiil be sent to the email address that you supply.
Please leave no spaces in your user name, or the account creation will fail. Contact surveys@cawos.org if you have any problems. The account only requires a name, a username, a password and an email address. The data is not used for any purpose beyond member access to survey data, except to contact you if there are any queries about your data
